Becca's Bridal Shower

Ok so I know I am a little behind on the bloging. But a little behind and doing it is better then not doing it at all, RIGHT? Well any way on Aug. 1st I through a bridal shower for Becca. She is getting married on Aug. 18th, (that is so crazy). We had it at my parents ward house and let me tell you I think this was one of my crazy stressed out moments. When I got to the church to set up the church was locked, and to make things worse I was an hour late getting there to set up. So I had to call around to get the key so I could get in to set up. Can you say AWWWWWW! But it all ended up great my sister came and helped me set up and we just barely got it finished in time. The shower went great after that. We played a couple of games, like How Well does Becca Know Louis, and everyone had to make a wedding dress out of toilet papper. Then after the games Becca opened gifts. This bridal shower was a "TIME" bridal shower which means everyone had to bring a gift according to the time that they were assigned. It was tons of fun to see what everyone brought and the reaction that Becca gave to some of the things that she got. Since I was planning the shower I didn't give myself a time, so for my gift I made her a "Louis." She had to undress him to get what was inside. It was pretty funny watching her face. Over all it went great! It was tons of fun! Congrats Becca and Best Wishes!

Weekend of the 24th

Over the 24th of July weekend Robin, Taryn, and I went with Katie and Jake up to Pineview Dam for Katie's birthday. Katie's sister has a boat so we went boating and we camped up at the camp site up there in the valley. On the first night we got there we set up camp and got our beds ready. Robin, Taryn, and I just had our sleeping bags but Katie and Jake well they brought an air mattress but not just any air mattress a GAINT air mattress. The tent was suppose to be able to fit 10 people comfortly but it barely fit the 5 of us. Once we got our beds set up we decided to play phase 10 (the best card game ever), but it was so long we didn't finish. The next morning was Saturday. We woke up and I cooked breakfast. We had french toast, eggs and bacon. Then after we cleaned up it was time for boating! Saturday was a very fun day with the boating and the wakeboarding and the swimming. That night after the wakeboarding was finished I hurt so so bad! Not only was I so sunburnt, but every muscle in my body ached! When you wakeboard you use muscles that you weren't even aware you had. Needless to say I didn't do much that night. The next morning it was time to clean up and head for home. It was a great weekend and we all had tons of fun, well maybe almost all of us. I don't think that Taryn really enjoyed herself to much because for one thing she hates camping and for the second thing she got eaten alive. But other than that it was great!

Bye Bye Old Hello Fabulous

A couple of weeks ago I decided that I was going to get my hair cut. So I went online to this website that you can put your picture in and it will show you how you look with each hair cut. It was pretty cool, if I say so myself. The next day is when I was getting it cut and I decided that I wanted it short, actually this is as short as it has ever been. So it was pretty scary, but it turned out great and I love it!
