New Job

I got a new nanny job and it is great! I love it! The timing of it work out perfect. My one nanny job was ending because the mom decided to quit her job to stay home with her kids and then this job came along the following month. I am nannying two kids a boy that is 4 and a girl that will be 2 on Friday. They are just so much fun! My hours are Monday through Friday from 8 until 5. It is just so much fun, I love it!!!

Trip to Utah

So I just took a trip to Utah because I wasn't able to come down for Easter. It was a great trip except the drive home, but I will tell you about that in a little bit. I got there late Saturday night or should I say Sunday morning. I had to leave Colorado late because on Saturday morning I had a spa day at my house that I was hosting. That was so much fun!!! We had massages and pedi's. What a way to start a 8 hour drive! So the first couple of nights I stayed at Becca's house. It is always so much fun to see her!! On Monday went went shopping and I was so excited when I found a skirt and a shirt for $7. Awesome huh!!!! So later on Monday I left Becca's and went to see my parents. After my parents I headed down to Draper to stay at Kristy's and see her new apartment. She has the cutest little apartment ever! The next day Krystle came up and we went to Ikea (my favorite store in the whole world!!). It was so funny I had a orange drink that I gave her before we got out of the car, cuz I didn't want it anymore. It was really windy that day so what does Krystle do? She gets out of the car puts the drink on top of the car to do something I don't know what. And what happens? Yeah you guess it, the drink blows off the car and splatters all over Krystle and her dress. We were in skirts because we were going to the temple after Ikea. But it was so funny when she did that!!! So we spent most of out time in Ikea in the bathroom cleaning the bright orange off of Krystle's dress. The reason why we went to Ikea was to wait for Nathan so finish his paper so he could come to the temple with us, so we could go to the cafeteria. The rest of Ikea and the temple was great. After the temple Krystle and I went shopping while Nathan had class. Then after his class we hung out cuz Krystle had to go home, she had to work. I stayed the night at Nathan's grandma's house (I left my pillow there, and I am very upset about it!!! I love my pillow!!). And we just hung out the next day until he had class and work again. Then I went to Taryn's and we went to a movie, The Last Song. It was so good. I cried for like the last half hour of the show. (and for those for you that don't know I DON'T cry). Then after the movie I drove down to Provo to stay with Krystle because I had to go home the next day to get home in time to start my new job, and the way I normally go home was close due to bad weather. So I stayed the night at Krystle's and left early the next morning. (Now here comes the "BEST" part of the whole trip)! The drive was ok from Provo to about Helper area, but I was going pretty slow because of the snow on the road. Once I got past that area I was great and free sailing. I got almost to Vail, Colorado and I saw a sign that said Vail pass was closed. I was like crap! By that time I only had about 2 1/2 hours to go, and I had to work the next morning. Sure enough when I got to Vail the road was closed and they made us get off. So I had to go around and that added an extra 4 hours on my already 8 hour trip. BLAH! It was horrible! But finally I did make it home and safely which I was very thankful cuz I was sliding all over the road after making my extra 4 hours. But over all it was a really fun trip except the drive home! :)

My new mini computer

I just got a new mini computer for $50!!!! So exciting! I got it in the mail today, so I have been playing with it. It is a little frustrating cuz it is so little but I will get use to that. (I HOPE!) And another thing I am not sure how to connect it to the internet, so need to figure that out too. I might have to take it to Best Buy for them to show me how to use it. lol lame I know. But I am excited to have a computer again!! I don't know how I lived without one.....sad!

Krystle came to see me!!!

About two weeks ago Krystle flu out to Colorado to see me and visit!! It was super fun! We went and had facial and makeovers, of course there was shopping involved. Then we went up to Estes Park and did none over than shop. :) It was so much fun to have her out here, I don't know many people out here yet so it was fun to just go hang out with someone I know and love already! One of the best parts about here flying out here was that, she was here to drive back to Utah with me for Kristy's wedding. So, Krystle got here on a Saturday and we drove to Utah on Wednesday. It was so much fun to have her come out, I loved it!! Thanks Krystle!

Update

Ok so I am just going to skip ahead and start from now to start updating. Thanksgiving was great. Christmas was great. I did nothing for my 21st birthday except go to the movies and to dinner with my brother. Ok there you go you are all caught up! :) Oh for excpet I am going to Disney World in May!! Which I am super excited for!!

The big Move

On the 21st of November I made the big move to Colorado. I am currently living with my brother and sister-in-law and their two kids. It is a complete BLAST! They have the cutest kids in the whole wide world. I have now been here for about a month and a half and I am loving it! I really don't think that I will ever be able to move back to Utah. I miss living with the Evenson's, but I love living here!

Broken Computer

Sorry all, for the not updating my blog, but my computer is broken. And you guessed it, all my pictures are on my computer. So as soon as I get it fixed I will for sure have a updating day. I just figured that having pictures to look at while reading mine or someones blog is funner to look at then just reading text. Anyway all is well!
